About Us
Limon Kahvaltı Galata opened in November 2024 in the historic streets of Galata, Beyoğlu — born from the transformation of an old shop into a boutique breakfast experience. Behind it are İnciser and Doğuhan. İnciser is the person of the kitchen and aesthetics, Doğuhan the person of the business and details. The menu was designed by İnciser — who doesn't come from the restaurant industry, and we consider this our greatest advantage. Free from the conventions of the sector, what sits before you is a table built entirely on a belief in originality and flavor. Every product on your table has a story. The cloth-cured sausage from Arapgir — made using a method dating back to Ottoman times, pressed into marble fabric casing, curing slowly under cold air and stone weights. The tulum cheese and butter from Elazığ — made by the son of the same craftsman whose father once gifted that very cheese to İnciser's family decades ago, using the same method. Sun-dried pepper paste from Hatay, sourdough from Kastamonu, dates from Iran... And then there is Limontella — our signature. Found nowhere else. A lemon cream unlike anything you've tasted, served with clotted cream and fresh mint. Served in a breakfast spread format — but far more than that. Every product on the table can be enjoyed as much as you like, as many times as you wish. Our kitchen has no doors — you can see everything at any time. No service charge. Children under 10 are our complimentary guests. In the peaceful atmosphere of the stone-paved streets, our unlimited breakfast spread inspired by Anatolia’s famous flavors includes cheese platter, seasonal vegetable platter, naturally fermented Malatya dry sausage, olive, three varieties of freshly made pişi (fried dough), crispy yet soft eggy bread, and the traditional fried egg with patato or menemen. 🧀🍅🌿🥚
